At Palm Street Foods, we aim to ensure that your orders reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding our shipping process.
Shipping Schedule
- Standard Shipping: We ship orders from Monday through Wednesday using 3-day or faster shipping depending on your location.
- Processing Time: It may take up to 3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.
Packaging
We take great care in packing our products to ensure they arrive frozen and in excellent condition. Our process includes:
- Cold packaging our product in our onsite freezers
- Shipping directly from our manufacturing facility to limit the amount of temperature changes due to unnecessary additional transit
- Using eco-friendly insulated coolers and additional insulated liner for shipping
- Using dry ice to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit
Large Orders
Ordering more than 4 packages at a time may cause a delay in shipment as it requires custom packaging. Please allow additional processing time for large orders.
Shipping Costs
Due to the requirements of shipping frozen products, including the use of insulated containers and dry ice, shipping can be expensive. We are doing our best to make shipping as economical as possible for our consumers.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to the continental United States. If you are located outside of our current shipping zones and would like to try our product, please reach out to customer.support@palmstreetfoods.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
