Chiles Rellenos

At the heart of our product is a dedication to preserving the time-tested flavors of the traditional relleno while incorporating the healthiest ingredients available. We carefully select only the freshest Anaheim chiles, locally sourced for maximum flavor. To ensure the highest quality, we hand peel and deseed each chile with care. We replace wheat flour with potato starch and use avocado oil, along with cage-free eggs, to create a healthier yet delicious dish. Each relleno is crafted by hand on grills, never produced on high-speed lines, and then blast-frozen to lock in the freshness and quality we’ve worked so hard to achieve.
